XPS
XML Paper Specification
XPS was Microsoft’s answer to PDF: a ZIP of XAML with every piece of text placed at exact coordinates. Windows removed the XPS Viewer in 2018 and nothing else opens one, which is the whole reason anyone converts them.

Opening a .xps file
